CARNET provides storage and export support for goods within Japan. We also offer assistance with sourcing and negotiating products as part of our services. Since CARNET is equipped with facilities for container stuffing, we primarily handle shipments via containers. However, if preferred, we can also assist with shipments using alternative methods like RORO vessels. Please feel free to reach out to us!
After-sales support for container orders is available only for customers who have placed a container order. We can ship individual items to you separately.
Payment for CARNET Ticket can be made by selecting the corresponding service on our online shop and paying with a credit card. Bank transfer is also available as an option.
Of course. If you have difficulty communicating with the owner of a store you found online, please let us know. We will assist you for free.
You can access the used car auction online using the membership we have. Please contact us for details on how to browse the auctions.
You will need to contact the shipping company that handles containers to inquire about the shipping cost from Japan to your country. We have accounts with several shipping companies, so we can check real-time shipping rates for you.
After the container has been shipped, you can track its location on the shipping company’s online site. Please rest assured.
